Our team conducts school and district accreditation readiness reviews, organizational effectiveness audits, and continuous improvement assessments designed to strengthen performance and accountability. We also specialize in discipline, attendance, climate, and culture audits that leverage data, stakeholder feedback, and best practices to identify challenges and develop targeted improvement strategies.
Implementation
Education Strategy Partners works alongside organizations to implement improvement strategies, with integrity and measurable impact. We provide hands-on support, coaching, progress monitoring, and capacity-building to ensure that newly implemented strategies become sustainable systems that drive long-term success.
Professional Learning
Our rofessional learning experiences focus on the practical leadership, operational, and organizational skills that are often overlooked in traditional schools of education programs. We also provide specialized training for school-based roles that are typically ignored for capacity building.

Success Stories
Discipline and Attendance Intervention
We partnered with multiple districts to analyze their discipline and attendance data, craft strategies to improve outcomes, and monitored implementation for at least a school year.
Climate and Safety Audit
Conducted an audit and implemented strategies to reduce student discipline issues and improve the climate of a 3,300 student high school.
Led a city wide TaskForce to develop and implement strategies for increasing student safety in a 3200 student high school and throughout the community.
Professional Learning
Provided district wide professional learning to administrators, behavioral interventionist, teachers, paraprofessionals, hall monitors, and other staff that directly interact with students.

Eric Carlton, Ed.S.
Eric Carlton brings more than 30 years of educational leadership experience spanning school administration, business operations, school improvement, and special education, including service as a teacher, principal, regional vice president, and founder of Banner Learning Corporation, which operates alternative and therapeutic education programs in multiple states. He holds advanced degrees from UMBC, Johns Hopkins University, and Walden University, is certified in administration and instructional leadership, and has received multiple state and national leadership awards. For more than a decade, Eric has led school and district accreditation and engagement reviews and now serves as co-founder of Education Strategy Partners, formerly School Equity Solutions, where he coaches people and organizations to build human capacity, strengthen systems, and leading with innovation.
Jonathan Brice, Ed.D.
Dr. Jonathan Brice is a nationally recognized educational leader with more than 30 years of experience as a teacher, administrator, superintendent, and U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Education, specializing in student services, school discipline, social-emotional learning, and organizational leadership. He has led initiatives in school systems ranging from 3,000 to 165,000 students, guided districts through major improvement efforts, including the COVID-19 pandemic, and helped shape federal policies impacting more than 50 million public school students nationwide. Dr. Brice is a Harvard University-trained educator, leadership coach, and co-founder of Education Strategy Partners, formerly School Equity Solutions, where he coaches people and organizations to build human capacity, strengthen systems, and leading with innovation.
